| 针对贵州省织金地区磷矿勘查中高压大涌水地层钻探面临的绳索取心工艺失效与钻孔永久封孔两大技术瓶颈,以织金大箐口详查区ZK408斜孔为例,系统开展了综合技术研究。钻进取心方面,创新性提出“大口径跟管护壁隔离+小口径绳索取心高效钻进”复合工艺,通过φ114 mm跟管钻具动态隔离高压含水层,在套管内构建微涌水作业环境,保障φ96 mm绳索取心顺利实施,成功穿越摆佐组大涌水段,岩心采取率满足地质要求。封孔方面,创立“分级承压封堵”技术体系,优化封孔段钻孔结构,研发专用堵水装置与注浆接头,形成“机具—材料—工艺”协同的分段高压注浆工艺,有效克服动水对水泥浆的冲刷稀释,实现钻孔永久可靠封孔。现场应用验证了该综合技术的可行性与稳定性,为复杂水文地质条件下的矿产勘查钻探提供了系统性技术借鉴。 |

| Targeting the two major technical bottlenecks in phosphate exploration drilling in the Zhijin area of Guizhou Province—namely,the failure of wireline coring techniques in high-pressure water-gushing formations and the permanent borehole sealing—systematic comprehensive technical research was carried out using the ZK408 inclined borehole in the Dajingkou detailed survey area as a case studyFor core drilling,an innovative composite technique was proposed:‘large-diameter casing protection and isolation combined with small-diameter wireline coring for high efficiency’ By dynamically isolating the high-pressure aquifer using a φ114 mm casing assembly,a micro-water-gushing working environment was created inside the casing,enabling the smooth implementation of φ96 mm wireline coringThis successfully allowed penetration through the large water-gushing section of the Baizuo Formation,with core recovery meeting geological requirementsFor borehole sealing,a ‘graded pressure sealing’ technical system was establishedThe borehole structure in the sealing interval was optimized,and a dedicated water plugging device and grouting joint were developedA coordinated ‘equipment-material-process’ staged high-pressure grouting technique was formed,effectively overcoming the scouring and dilution of cement slurry by flowing water and achieving permanent and reliable borehole sealingField application verified the feasibility and stability of this integrated technique,providing a systematic technical reference for mineral exploration drilling under complex hydrogeological conditions |
