| 本研究系统分析了矿渣堆放位置、坡面形态、平均坡度、厚度分布等九项外部影响因素的作用机制,基于多参数指标权重体系构建了一个涵盖九项外部影响因素的钼镍矿渣自燃预测模型。实验结果表明:该模型在研究区内150处样本的验证中判别准确率达96%,在8处独立验证点实现100%的预测准确率,充分验证了其工程适用性;结合九项外部影响因素的作用机制,提出了包括地形优选(优先选择地势平坦区域)、规模控制(单层厚度不超过25 m)以及气体动态监测(CO、H2S、SO2浓度监测)在内的综合防控技术体系。 |

| In this study,it systematically analyzed the mechanism of action of nine external influencing factors,including the location of slag piles,slope morphology,average slope and thickness distribution,based on a multi-parameter index weighting system,a prediction model for the spontaneous combustion of molybdenum-nickel slag covering these nine external influencing factors was establishedThe experimental results showed that the model achieved a discrimination accuracy rate of 96% in the verification of 150 samples in the study area and a 100% prediction accuracy rate at 8 independent verification points,fully demonstrating its engineering applicabilityCombined with the mechanism of action of the nine external influencing factors,a comprehensive control technology system was proposed,including terrain selection(prioritizing flat terrain areas),scale control(single-layer thickness not exceeding 25 m),and dynamic gas monitoring(monitoring CO,H2S,and SO2 concentrations) |
