      贵州省农用地土壤重金属可提取态标准物质的研制为土壤污染监测与治理提供了重要技术支撑。本研究针对全国土壤污染状况详查需求,选取满足样品采集条件,广泛代表贵州山区实际情况的贵阳市花溪区六安乡作为采样点采集候选土壤样品,经晾晒、研磨、筛分等工艺制备成均匀样品。通过CaCl2和DTPA两种提取方法,结合原子荧光法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)等技术,系统开展了均匀性、短期/长期稳定性检验及多实验室联合定值。结果表明,样品均匀性良好(F实测值<204,RSD<9%),长期稳定性可靠(F实测值<348,RSD<9%)。最终确定12项重金属指标(如Cd、Cu、Pb等)的认定值及不确定度,其中Cd(0036±0006 μg/g)、Cu(009±002 μg/g)等关键参数的定值精度达到国际标准。该标准物质已获批为国家二级标准物质(GBW(E)070216),填补了国内农用地土壤重金属可提取态标准物质的空白,为农用地土壤样品分析技术方法确认、数据质量控制和量值溯源提供了可靠依据,确保了分析数据的准确性和可比性,为全国农用地土壤污染状况详查专项的实施提供强有力的技术支撑。

      The development of extractable standard substances for heavy metals in agricultural soil in Guizhou province provides important technical support for soil pollution monitoring and treatment. In this study, it aims to investigate the national soil pollution situation in detail, and selects Lu’an township in Huaxi district of Guiyang city, which meets the sample collection conditions and widely represents the actual situation of Guizhou mountainous areas, as a sampling point to collect candidate soil samples. Uniform samples are prepared after the processes such as drying, grinding, and screening. By using two extraction methods of CaCl2and DTPA, combined with techniques such as inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) and atomic fluorescence spectrometry, then systematically carried out uniformity, short-term/long-term stability testing, and multi laboratory joint calibration. The results showed that the sample uniformity was good (F measured value<204, RSD<9%), long term stability is reliable (F measured value<348, RSD<9%). Finally, it determined the identification values and uncertainties for 12 heavy metal indicators (such as Cd, Cu, Pb, etc.), among which the accuracy of key parameters such as Cd (0.036 ± 0.006 μ g/g) and Cu (009 ± 002 μ g/g) has reached international standards. This standard substance has been approved as a national second level standard substance (GBW (E) 070216), filling the gap of extractable standard substances for heavy metals in agricultural soil in China. It provides a reliable basis for the confirmation of technical methods for analyzing agricultural land soil samples, data quality control and measurement values tracing, ensuring the accuracy and comparability of analytical data. This provides strong technical support for the implementation of the national detailed survey of agricultural land soil pollution status.
