针对当前小流域生态保护修复技术体系面临的新挑战,基于山水林田湖草生命共同体视角,以西南喀斯特岩溶地貌发育最典型的地区之一、贵州省南部喀斯特石漠化集中连片区的重要组成部分——挽澜河流域为例,通过生态本底、生态问题、保护修复策略及实施路径四个层面构建基于“本底—问题—策略—路径”框架体系的小流域生态保护修复全过程技术链条。基于该体系准确识别和诊断流域生态问题,聚焦流域生态系统服务功能的提升及生态系统各要素之间的内在联系,提出了石漠化与水土流失综合治理、生物多样性保护、林业生态功能提升、河流水生态保护修复、农田生态功能提升及人类活动区缓冲带建设六大工程类别,并进一步细分工程内容与工程措施,提出小流域立体综合治理模式,为小流域或相对封闭地理单元生态保护修复提供技术体系与实践参考。 |

According to the novel challenges confronted by the current technological system for ecological conservation and restoration of small watersheds,in this paper,it founded upon the perspective of the life community of mountains,waters,forests,farmlands,lakes,and grasslands,takes the Wanlan river basin-one of the most typical areas with karst landforms in Southwest China and an important component of the concentrated karst rocky desertification area in southern Guizhou province-as an exampleThrough four layers which namely ecological background,ecological issues,protection and restoration strategies,and implementation pathways,a complete technical chain for the ecological protection and restoration of small watersheds based on the “Back-ground-Problem-Strategy-Path” framework system is constructedBased on this system,the ecological problems of the watershed are accurately identified and diagnosed,concentrating on the enhancement of the ecosystem service functions of the watershed and the intrinsic connections among the various elements of the ecosystemSix major engineering categories are proposed,including comprehensive management of rocky desertification and soil erosion,biodiversity conservation,enhancement of forestry ecological functions,conservation and restoration of river water ecology,improvement of farmland ecological functions,and construction of buffer zones in human activity areasThe engineering contents and measures are further refined,and a three-dimensional comprehensive management model for small watersheds is put forward,providing a technological system and practical reference for the ecological conservation and restoration of small watersheds or relatively closed geographical units |
