      采用COREY-220高频红外碳硫仪,建立一套操作性强、检出限低、适用范围广的检测方法,本方法适用于区域地球化学样品中不同含量碳和硫的快速、准确、高效的检测。该方法称样量为01 g时,分别建立了C1、C2、S1、S2 四条标准曲线,相关系数r均>0999,方法检出限均为0002%;测定下限均为0007%,线性关系好、方法检出限低。通过对样品称样量、助溶剂添加顺序及添加量的筛选试验,确定“0100 0 g样品+05 g纯铁+18 g钨粒”时,样品充分燃烧,其测定值正确度较高。选取12种不同碳、硫含量标准物质进行正确度、精密度试验(n=12),其中,不同碳含量测定时,相对误差(RE)在-441%557%之间;相对标准偏差(RSD)在032%280%之间;不同硫含量测定时,12种标准物质相对误差(RE)在-736%704%之间;相对标准偏差(RSD)在053%296%之间。经实际样品验证,该方法较适用于区域地球化学样品中碳和硫的分析测定。

      A strong operational,low detection limit,wide range of application andgood accuracy method was used to establish by high-frequency infrared carbon-sulfur analyzerThe method was suitable for the rapid,accurate and efficient detection of different contents of carbon and sulfur in the regional geochemical samples in the regional determination domainThere are four standard curves of C1,C2,S1 and S2 were established,with 01g sample The correlation coefficients were > 0999 and the detection limits of the method were < 0002%The lower limit of determination was 0007%,and the linearity relationship was good,and the detection limit of the method was lowThrough the screening test of sample weighing,co-solvent addition sequence and addition amount,it was determined that when “01000g sample + 05g pure iron + 18g tungsten particles”,the sample was completely burned and the accuracy of the Carbon-Sulfur elements determination result is highDifferent carbon and sulfur reference materials were selected for accuracy and precision tests (n=12),the relative error (RE) of different carbon content reference materials was -441%557%The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 032%280%;When different sulfur content was determined,RE was between -736%704%RSD between 053%296%After verification by actual samples,the established method is more suitable for the determination of carbon and sulfur in regionalgeochemistry Samples
