| 采用COREY-220高频红外碳硫仪,建立一套操作性强、检出限低、适用范围广的检测方法,本方法适用于区域地球化学样品中不同含量碳和硫的快速、准确、高效的检测。该方法称样量为01 g时,分别建立了C1、C2、S1、S2 四条标准曲线,相关系数r均>0999,方法检出限均为0002%;测定下限均为0007%,线性关系好、方法检出限低。通过对样品称样量、助溶剂添加顺序及添加量的筛选试验,确定“0100 0 g样品+05 g纯铁+18 g钨粒”时,样品充分燃烧,其测定值正确度较高。选取12种不同碳、硫含量标准物质进行正确度、精密度试验(n=12),其中,不同碳含量测定时,相对误差(RE)在-441%557%之间;相对标准偏差(RSD)在032%280%之间;不同硫含量测定时,12种标准物质相对误差(RE)在-736%704%之间;相对标准偏差(RSD)在053%296%之间。经实际样品验证,该方法较适用于区域地球化学样品中碳和硫的分析测定。 |

| A strong operational,low detection limit,wide range of application andgood accuracy method was used to establish by high-frequency infrared carbon-sulfur analyzerThe method was suitable for the rapid,accurate and efficient detection of different contents of carbon and sulfur in the regional geochemical samples in the regional determination domainThere are four standard curves of C1,C2,S1 and S2 were established,with 01g sample The correlation coefficients were > 0999 and the detection limits of the method were < 0002%The lower limit of determination was 0007%,and the linearity relationship was good,and the detection limit of the method was lowThrough the screening test of sample weighing,co-solvent addition sequence and addition amount,it was determined that when “01000g sample + 05g pure iron + 18g tungsten particles”,the sample was completely burned and the accuracy of the Carbon-Sulfur elements determination result is highDifferent carbon and sulfur reference materials were selected for accuracy and precision tests (n=12),the relative error (RE) of different carbon content reference materials was -441%557%The relative standard deviation (RSD) was 032%280%;When different sulfur content was determined,RE was between -736%704%RSD between 053%296%After verification by actual samples,the established method is more suitable for the determination of carbon and sulfur in regionalgeochemistry Samples |
