为降低电解锰渣(EMR)在矿井充填过程中氨氮浓度超标产生的负面影响,开展电解锰渣预处理脱氨氮及其胶结膏体试验。试验中,研究了水洗电解锰渣(WEMR)脱氨氮,EMR和WEMR分别加碱性调理剂预处理(EMRCa、WEMRCa)脱氨氮,以及EMR、WEMR和WEMRCa胶结膏体(EMR-GT、WEMR-GT、WEMRCa GT)对料浆流动性、膏体抗压强度和浸出毒性的影响。结果表明,与EMR相比,WEMRCa显著(P<005)降低电解锰渣溶出氨氮含量(降低9991%)和锰含量(降低9999%)。与EMR-GT2相比,WEMRCa-GT2料浆流动度达到203 mm,流动度提升约119倍;该充填膏体固化28 d后,抗压强度达到392 MPa,抗压强度提升约199倍,且浸出毒性氨氮和锰含量低于《地下水质量标准》(GB/T 14848-2017)中规定的第Ⅲ类标准限值。本研究电解锰渣单位处理成本为16051 元/t,可为大宗固废的减量化处理提供参考。 |

In order to reduce the negative impact of excessive ammonia nitrogen concentration during mine filling process of electrolytic manganese residue(EMR),experiments were conducted on the pretreatment of electrolytic manganese residue to remove ammonia nitrogen and its cementitious pasteThe removal of ammonia nitrogen with watered electrolytic manganese residue,electrolytic manganese residue and watered electrolytic manganese residue with alkaline conditioner was evaluated in experimentsThe effects of treatment of electrolytic manganese residue,washed electrolytic manganese residue and washed electrolytic manganese residue with alkaline conditioner on the fluidity and compressive strength of the paste were further investigatedThe results showed that compared with the electrolytic manganese residue,the content of ammonia nitrogen and manganese treated with washed electrolytic manganese residue with alkaline conditioner were significantly decreased by 9991% and 9999%,respectivelyCompared with the filling slurry of electrolytic manganese residue,the fluidity of washed electrolytic manganese residue with alkaline conditioner reached 203mm,which increased by about 119 timesCompared with the filling paste of electrolytic manganese residue,the compressive strength of washed electrolytic manganese residue with alkaline conditioner reached 392 MPa after curing for 28 days,which increased by about 199 timesMeanwhile,the leaching toxicity of ammonia nitrogen and manganese content was lower than the limit of Class III standard stipulated in the ‘Groundwater Quality Standard’(GB/T 14848-2017)The unit treatment cost of electrolytic manganese residue in this study is 16051 yuan/t,which can provide a reference for the reduction and treatment of bulk solid waste |
