中文摘要:
      土壤阳离子交换量是土壤保肥能力、缓冲性能、环境容量的一个重要指标,是指导合理施肥和土壤改良的重要依据。本文采用乙酸铵交换-全自动凯氏定氮法对耕地土壤中CEC样品预处理及样品测定,实现对耕地土壤中CEC这一指标准确的定量测定。实验室内进行ASA-4a、ASA-5a和ASA-9三种国家土壤标准物质平行测定8次,检测结果为:3种标准物质标准偏差在028 cmol(+)/kg032 cmol(+)/kg,相对标准偏差在151%326%,具有测定结果稳定性好、准确度和精密度高等优点,完全满足实验室的检测要求,为开展土壤中CEC这一指标的检测提供依据。用该方法对实际样品进行检测,插入的标准物质检测结果全部合格,证实该方法非常适合对该地耕地土壤中CEC测定。

      The amount of soil cation exchange is an important indicator of soil fertility retention capacity, buffer performance, and environmental capacity, and an important basis for guiding rational fertilization and soil improvement.In this paper, the ammonium acetate exchange-automatic Kjeldahl method was used to pretreat and determine the CEC samples in the cultivated soil, so as to realize the accurate quantitative determination of the CEC in the cultivated soil. Three national soil reference materials of ASA-4a, ASA-5a and ASA-9 were tested in parallel for 8 times in the laboratory. The test results were: the standard deviation of the three reference materials was 0.28 cmol(+)/kg0.32 cmol(+) /kg, the relative standard deviation is 1.51%3.26%. It has the advantages of good stability, high accuracy and precision of the measurement results, which fully meets the testing requirements of the laboratory and provides a basis for the detection of CEC in soil. This method is used to test the actual samples, and the test results of the inserted standard substances are all qualified, which proves that this method is very suitable for the determination of CEC in the cultivated soil of the land.
