本文建立了S-916快速溶剂萃取仪(Buchi 瑞士)快速萃取-气相色谱-质谱仪(GC-MS)联用测定土壤中 15 种多环芳烃(PAHs)含量的方法。土壤样品经正己烷、丙酮快速溶剂萃取,除水浓缩后,利用硅酸镁小柱进行净化,直接进 GC-MS 测定。结果表明,在 5010000 μg/L浓度范围内,15种PAHs 的相关系数均在0996以上,RF RSD<12%,加标回收率在 80%117%之间,15 种 PAHs 的最低检出限均低于 040 μg·kg-1该方法灵敏、快速、准确可靠,完全满足实验室对土壤中 PAHs 的检测要求,可为土壤中多环芳烃(PAHs)的污染情况提供快速检测依据。 |

An analytical method for the determination of 15 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in soil by accelerated solvent extraction(Buchi Switzerland) coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was developed. The soil samples were quickly extracted by n-hexane and acetone, and then purified by magnesium silicate column. the samples were directly subjected to GC-MS after dewater. The results showed that the correlation coefficients of 15 PAHs were above 0.996 in the range of 51 000 μg·L-1, RF RSD<12%,the recoveries of spiked standards ranged from 80% to 117%, and the minimum detection limits of 15 PAHs were all below 0.40 μg·kg-1. The method is fast, simple and accurate, and fully meets the daily requirements for the detection of PAHs in the soil, and can provide a rapid detection basis for soil pollutants. |
