采用高频熔样机熔片分解试样、灼烧减量校正,X射线荧光光谱法测定锰矿中的TFe、SiO2、Al2O3、P、CaO、MgO、Mn、Na2O、K2O、Ba、TiO2。方法精密度为0003%0133%(RSD,n=12)。准确度也满足地质实验管理规范要求,测试结果准确、可靠。 |
